Quivrox is a productivity application for iOS that allows you to:

• Plan up to 3 deliverables per day
• Execute timed work sessions
• Record end-of-session decisions
• Track your execution score
• View your statistics

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer
• Circumvent protection measures or subscription restrictions
• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Share your subscription with third parties

The Application and all its components are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. The name "Quivrox" and associated trademarks are our property.

Pro subscriptions are managed by the App Store. See our Subscription Terms.

The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the Application will meet all your needs
• We are not responsible for local data loss
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

You may stop using the Application at any time. We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. French courts have jurisdiction.
