License Agreement (EULA)

The Application is distributed via the App Store. You also accept the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on your personal iOS devices
• Use the Application for your personal or professional use
• Access features according to your subscription level

This license does not authorize you to:

• Distribute, sell, or rent the Application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Disassemble or reverse engineer
• Remove intellectual property notices

The Application and all its components remain our exclusive property. This license does not confer any ownership rights to you.

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Application in the last 12 months.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate if you violate this EULA.

This EULA is governed by French law.
